Hoyt Publishing, Labybird International Lottery, Northern Trust Company, Da's Office Innashville Thoyt Publishing, Labybird International Lottery, Northern Trust Company, Prosecuting Me On What They Are Well Aware Is A Mail Scam Skokie Illinois

I recieved an A 2600.00 Dollar Check in the mail and went to a checking place I had an account with, knowing they verify funds before cashing a check, , after they verify the check is bad they don't tell me, they ask me to endorse the check, so I do so, and they have also called the police and I am arrested. I am told they will dismiss his nonsense.

That isn't the case, the da's attorney's office in nashville, tn davidson, county, has had me indicted on forgery and identity theft, knowing full well, this inhibits me from getting a job and being able to support myself. I think it is retalition, because they called me in a trial they had back in May, to testify and they lost the case, because they had trump up those charges against that individual as well.

Hoyt publishing, ladybird lottery, Northern Trust Co. and Virginia Pupillo are all invloved in this scam. Hoyt Publishing and Virginia Pupillo are listed on my indictement. They have charged me with forgery ( saying I manufactured this check), and Identity theft, saying I forgered Virginia Pupillo's name. I did not, amnd do not have the means to even commit this crime. this check arrived in a white envelope, had a canadian post stamp, liitle yello stamp. they check was in the amount of 2600.00 , they said they rest of my winnings woukld come via certified check. the Police took the check and the letter, they don't have the letter, anyone that looks at this knows Ididn't do this. I have ask the video tape at the check cashing place of the day I was there be supenoaed, thst these bogus company's be checked out, but al lto no avail.

This is a corrupt district attorney's office that doesn't bother to search for truth, tell, the truth, they are well laware I did not, and could not commit this crime. I really need all he help and advice I can get.
