IFPS And MyHome Solutions Mortgage Litigation services are one big rip off! West Chester Ohio

In 2006 my home went into foreclosure I contacted IFPS, a mortgage litigation company, to help to open communication with myself and my mortgage company. Here I am in 2008, and this has just been resolved, without any help from either company. The big problem is, is that one of these companies has my mortgage money, $13,700.00, to be exact. I contacted the first company, IFPS, guess what, they filed bankruptcy.

Another company bought them out, which sounds pretty wierd. Why would you buy a company filing bankruptcy? So the second company, MyHome, says they have taken over my case. MyHome tells me how much money is in my escrow account, but they need me to apply more to the account for negotiating with my mortgage company. I tell them I will not put any more money into this account until I get some concrete proof they are helping me. I still have not received any such documents.

They have falsified documents from my mortgage company, and lied about where this money is. I reported this to the Missouri Attorney General's office, they did nothing at all. This is fraud and they won't help. Every lawyer I have contacted wants a huge retainer that I cannot afford. I have documentation where my money went, but I need to get the info I need to find out where it is now. This may not be alot of money to some poeple, but it is to me. The U.S. Attorney General says it's not enough money for them to investigate.
