They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have every experienced. I would seriously look at a different accounting software. We have used QuickBooks for years including multi user software. We just tried to update to 2010 and found the company is not helpful in getting things up and going. They try and sell you additional services versus servicing the sale they just made. We are in our second week and can't tell you how many hours I have spent on hold getting the run around. Looks like another company with CEO's trying to bleed small companies dry.

If I cannot get this moving in the right direction soon, I am looking forward to abandoning QB's for other accounting systems. There are many on the market now.

AVOID AND LOOK AT OTHER ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE unless you can afford the time and money for the support you will absolutely need.
