Invention Marketing now Invention Submission i feel my idea was stolen pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

It began a while ago, I trusted the voice on the other end of the phone, he lured and coaxed me, over a period of time, into a contract with Invention Marketing, now known as Invention Submission.      I was told my idea  would sell within a year, my idea was drawn out on a diagram and put in a trade show in Monroeville, Pa and to enter, a person had to own a business, which I did not.          I was then told there were no guarantees, no promices,      now remember,              in the beginning, I was told it would sell within the year                        I have all material, dated, flyers, etc. to prove what I am saying.            Today, my idea is being sold everywhere, and cant find an attorney because I am poor.   $ 185  -  $ 300  per hour.        I've been had.      my idea stolen, in this modern day    could you believe that!!!!    anyone, who can help me  or   better yet put my name on the list  like the others to get this company  closed.        this is unjust,  wrong, fraud,  mal practice,   call it what you may   just downright  crooks.   any ifo helpful   I need an attorney
