I was a member of the online blackjack playing forum www.blackjackinfo.com , at which time I posted several comments to other posters. Then for no apparent reason I was banned from the forum without a warning. I made a new nickname and saw that the person that banned me had posted his own comment on the forum and was bragging about how he banned me. I emailed Ken Smith the owner of the owner prior to writing this online complaint to try and get this issue resolved "first". I emails went unanswered. I also made a new nickname and posted several times to the forum requesting that my nickname be unbanned. They also were ignored. Ken Smith ignored my emails and requests to UNBAN me.

Ken Smith of www.blackjackinfo.com and www.blackjacktournaments.com is harassing nice innocent people on his website. He banned me for no reason, then publicy ridiculed me after banning me.

I have already spoken to my attorney and he is compling a lawsuit for defamation of character and slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Ken Smith, if you are reading this then you need to learn manners and respect for people as you are NOT a nice person. You can't just harass people on your website for no reason then expect not to get sued. You can expect a lawsuit in your mailbox.
