I use to work with this company and I loved selling cars there. However, after what I have been introduced to from the IRS, this is not fun at all. I requested my last pay stub from this company because the IRS requested it. hey(lakeshore chevrolet) were unable to provide it. I spoke with Julie Fraley the last known person who worked directly with the owner Georg Abakumov and she stated to me "give me a couple days and I will mail it to you". "Give me your address"?........3 weeks later still no contact at all I called her so many times. It made me feel uncomfortable after awhile.
I called her from a friends number to see if she would answer and she did. I asked what happened to the information that we had spoke about in the weeks prior. Julie then said to me that "I can't help you Georg Abakumov fired me and I don't have any way of getting what you need". I said "well that was 3 weeks ago what happened she said that I may need to go to ADP directly to obtain the information.
ADP is a payroll company that as I have recently found out has certain documentation in place to prevent you as an employee to go there and get your W-2 or last pay stub. It happens to be the law. I was told at ADP that they never printed checks for Lakeshore Chevrolet they did their own payroll and W-2. So if Julie knew this initially why did she have me go to ADP.(((Redacted)))
Now since Carol H. has exposed the fact that she only did what she was told to do and only printed up the W-2's from the information that was provided her. I have to sue this company with money for a lawyer that I don't have. Not to mention the IRS is not helping me at all, like I am the one who made the fake W-2. Lakeshore Chevrolet never reported any of my earnings to the IRS for the year of 2008 nor did they report anything to social security. If there is anyone reading this that has a lawyer that can persue civil damages for me then please contact me. However beware of your employer this could happen to anyone......(((Redacted)))
