Leslie Leland Hair Ex which is her company name Owner of Hair-Ex Leslie Leland scammed me out of over $200,000 to start what was suppose to be "our business" Sandy Springs, Georgia

Leslie Leland is a scam artist! She owns Hair Ex which has 3 business locations which was all started by scamming me who thought she was financing a business which would be both of there's after getting $200,000 and a signed and notorized document which stated if she failed to repay the loans any and all legal action should be taken against her. Well she stopped paying on the loans removed me from the business  then to top it off she then forged my name on a vehicle purchased under Hair-Ex and signed my name as the guarantor. I filed a warrant and the warrant was granted but it took a year for the Fulton County DA's office to finally bring her to court on charges, the Fulton County DA's office is not sufficient when it comes to the victims of crime.  I am not going away! I was never called by the DA's office to find out any information that I had to persue the fraud charges against her.

I want to file a civil lawsuit against her but I need the money to do it. She has ruined my credit, she has taken what I could have used to open my own business away from me. She has spent time in Prison for fraud which I did not find out until after the fact. She's good at taking what is not hers to take. One of the business loans she used for $50,000 that we had applied for was used up by her I was never aware it had even been approved she did this with 2 other loans as well.

The first business loan was for $100,000 I flew to NY the guy that handled the loan was in on it to which I didn't know at the time. It wasn't until the loan went delinquent that I asked the bank to send me all of the loan information, in the application packet there was a tax return with my name on it but no signature. It was not my tax return in fact I was never asked for a tax return.  I had excellent credit and was told it was because I had excellent credit the loan was approved.  She went to India purchased hair and played the part well.  I was put on the Secretary of State documents as an agent just as she was but after she got what she wanted I was removed, she then began to distant herself from me then the bills for all of the loans started coming to my daughters house, she had changed the address on each loan and said she was no longer going to pay them.  When I found out about the forgery on the truck she purchased I filed a warrant against her.

She is a scammer and a liar and after I filed the warrant against her she tried to contact me to find out what it would take to dismiss charges. There is nothing she could do to make it right but pay me what she owes me or give me the business's that are rightfully mine. I financed the start of the business she was slick I will hand her that but aren't all professional rip off's slick?

The only reason I am responding to this nonsense is because of a family memeber's concern about my reputation. I am Leslie Leland owner of Hair-Ex. My ex business partner Betty Elder filed this false report agaist me claiming that I scammed her out of $200k. Betty filed this same claim in Fulton County courts in 2007 claiming that I fraudulently used her credit and signed her name to recieve $200k in busines loans. Fulton county courts investigated her claims for 2 years and dismissed this complaint last year due to lack of evidence that a crime,fraud or a scam had taken place.

I can understand Betty using any mean possible to try to restore her credit because the business loans are now in default. My guess is that if she can somehow prove that I forged her name she would be exonerated of the debt. The banks are refusing this excuse because Betty Elder physically appeared in the banks to sign for the loans. I could'nt possibly have forged her name because Betty Elder is a 50 year old white woman and I'm a 37 year old black woman. Betty is also listed on the GA. Secretary of State Hair-Ex documents as an owner.

Betty was a willing participant and recipient of $75k of the business loans she co signed for. Our plan was for Hair-Ex to repay the business loans monthly and we did faithfully for 2 years untill the economy along with my business took a turn for the worse. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Betty to discuss a re payment plan for the loans as well as some alternate ways to assist her in restoring her credit.

 Her refusal to respond to my attempts for a solution further proves that she is set on following this destructive path of vengence which is totally unneccesary. I am a christian woman and refuse to air this false dirty laudry via the internet. Those of you who know me personally know my character well. I have been successful in all of my business dealings and will continue to pursue the path of truth and integrity. Those of you who are discouraged about doing business with me because of this false personal vendetta filed against me, I ask you to please read between the lines....

SHE'S WORRIED ABOUT HER REPUTATION????  FUNNY SHE FAILED TO MENTION SHE HAS A PRISON RECORD FOR FRAUD.  Yes that's me and I financed Hair Ex, I never made $75,000 or anything I was suppose to be the owner and yes the charges in Fulton County were dismissed only because they couldn't prove if she FORGED MY NAME in Fulton County or Florida, but don't worry this is not over.

Fulton Counties DA office dropped the ball but I haven't and she is supposed to be so successful but he had to use a Public Defender to represent her.  She's fake and whoever does business with her is one mistake away from being in the position I am in.

You did scam me out of $200,000 and No I did not file charges against you for scamming me out of the $200,000, actually I filed charges against you for forging my name on an application to purchase a Range Rover which you had told me you wanted to get so you could try to get your man back, we were actually on speaking terms then but I had no knowledge of you forging my name on the application to purchase it. I will be sure to post the warrant that was issued on the forgery and the only reason it was dismissed is because the Fulton Counties DA's office couldn't prove you signed the FORGED document in Fulton County because you purchased it in Florida and I have NEVER been to Florida so don't mislead anyone into thinking you were cleared of anything else THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THE CHARGES WERE DISMISSED it wasn't because you weren't GUILTY because you were. The money you scammed me out is not over it's just the beginning but now is not the time to tell you anything. But please whoever reads this know that it was forgery for the purchase of a Range Rover that has been repossessed because when I found out about it I took it from her. And for someone who is doing so well why did you have to use a Public Defender and if you weren't guilty why did I get so many desperate calls from you begging me to drop the charges? I still have your messages when you called me and had your friend call me. Just like the Deputy DA said, if it looks like DIRT it is DIRT only their hands were tied because you purchased it out of Florida.

Come on Leslie we know what you have done with the Dr's and everything else you have done in your life, funny you failed to mention how you were on the run after being sentenced to PRISON for fraud and how you were caught in Atlanta and spent a year in prison for it which of course you failed to mention to me when you wanted to go into business together because I had excellent credit but you on the other hand had nothing. So it isn't over till I say I am done. I really want to know MS CHRISTIAN why would you feel you have to mention I am a white woman and you are black? What does race have to do with anything? I guess you want it to look like this white woman is going after you because what your black?????  Anyone that knows me knows race means NOTHING to me and if that's all you have to fall back on you are less than the woman anyone would think you might have been and instead of owning up to it you want to play the victim  "oh I'm black and she is picking on me" I don't think any black woman or man would look at you as the victim if they saw it all in black and white and yes I have everything to back  up whatever I say here or in court it is all documented.

Yes I was on the Secretary of State as a partner I would ask that everyone go and look at it where they can see where you put me on the business than took me off after you got what you wanted. Yes we did apply for business loans in fact I have the contract you wrote up that we both signed and had notorized where it states if I were to access any of the funds that were to be used ONLY for the business the contract would be nil and void and that ANY AND ALL LEGAL ACTION should be taken against you should the loans go into default. I do remember going to B of A to apply for a loan but because all of the mail went to the business you received the approval and of course being the trusting person I was I believed in you, so you were a signer on the account and you helped yourself to $50,000 which I only became aware of by accident. You kill me with your all mighty attitude like you are a saint, who for one cannot spell use spell check, but you tell your side of the story and actually believe it, your ex-boyfriend even came to court with me against you he wasn’t there for you in regard to the Range Rover, he was there for ME, you will stab whoever gets in your way in the back it's amazing you have anyone in your life that cares about your reputation. Putting my picture up is fine yes I had a Hair Ex shirt on remember I was the owner or co-owner only you couldn’t bring anything to the table you were broke. Tell it like it is you will at some point have to and when you thought I was stupid I was keeping records and I HAVE EVERYTHING to backup what I have said and what has transpired between us so when you thought I was stupid which I was when it came to you, I kick myself in the butt when I think of what you have done to me but you know what it will all come out at the end of the day and as far as my credit don't worry yourself you may however want to worry about yourself because my life is GREAT!!! Life goes on for me wonder when yours will come to a halt???

I don't know neither of you but if what you are saying about Leslie's criminal involvement with prescription medications is true, then all you have to do is contact the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) here in Georgia or the Feds and they will start an investigation.

I didn't want anyone to think I have given up on my fight for justice because I haven't.  Leslie has tried to contact me several times trying to plead to me to end my fight but she claims she doesn't have any money, amazing how she manages to drive a BMW and I hear another Range Rover I wonder who she ripped off and scammed to get it.  She never has anything in her name and if you go to GA Secretary of State and lookup Hair Ex you can see all of the documents she has filed and the different names she puts up there as owners/partners she does this so that the person she is scamming thinks they are getting something.  So beware if you are going to go into business with Leslie Leland know that it is only until the money runs out then you will be out of there with nothing.

But, as she goes through life thinking that I have gone away she should beware that I have not gone anywhere. 

She even has her friends or the people who run her other 2 Hair Ex's call me and plead her case crying about how she doesn't have any money, well she owes me and I will get paid.  She thought she was dealing with someone stupid but like I told her she messed with the wrong woman.  I trusted her which I could kick my butt over but I kept our notorized contract in tact and she wrote it and stated SHOULD THE ACCOUNTS NOT GET PAID ANY AND ALL LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HER, well it is being done.  I found more than I anticipated when I searched her arrest records with the help of the GA DA'S office she was arrested more than once for credit card fraud and has done Prison time which she ran from but was arrested in GA and spent a year in prison.. That doesn't happen to innocent people.

I just wanted everyone to know I haven't gone away I didn't just post something because I was mad at her no I am for real and soon enough she will know how for real I am.  What you do in the dark always comes out in the light.  She never puts anything in her name but its okay the people I have working on it know what they are doing.  Funny if you are on the up and up why is it everything you own is in someone else's name???

She has contacted me on more than one occasion wanting to workout something but of course she has never offered me what she owes me so I will get it rather it be criminal or financial.  She deserves to be exposed for who she is and what she is doing to anyone that gets involved with her hopefully I can prevent someone else from being scammed out of there money, she thinks she is slick to slick to be caught but she has met her match. 

I was diagnosed with a baseball size brain tumor in 2007 they removed all but 2 centimeters of it, she even had the nerve to call me in the hospital to say she was praying for me I told her I don't need the devils prayers.  Amazing how she will use any opportunity to wiggle her way in so you will think she is your friend while taking you for all you've got.

She will take advantage of anyone who lets her and if you go to the Secretary of State website for GA they keep all records on the changes she continually makes as far as who is in business with her they are available to view.  Once she gets someone that will invest and sign on some loan she will add them to the business when she is done with you and stops paying on the loans she will then distance herself from you and goes on about her business without you. In between scams she inherits identities and credit cards and has a hay day at Western Union.  If what I am saying is not true why hasn't she sued me for defamation of character?  It's because I have the information to back up everything I have said.  I thought one of her business partners was different but she ended up only being a mouth piece for her.

Like the saying goes someone is always watching, its to bad she has involved so many people in this.  I don't have a rip off mentality and I don't scam people I was always very trusting and this is what happened. Thank you for the advice I am well aware of the DEA and have taken the steps to see that she is stopped I witnessed her doing it and she doesn't blink an eye to self medicate herself which she did quite regularly when I was around, she was always trying to find the right antidepressant to take trying to help herself.  Who knows who she gets medication for because she knows how to get the Dr's ID number she calls any Dr's office and says she works for an insurance company then calls the pharmacy with that ID #and calls in perscriptions in someone else's name they never ask for ID when you pick up medication.

So for anyone following the status of my case I will keep you posted on rather or not LESLIE LELAND has stepped up as a woman and really resolved what she has done to me, I had a credit score pre Leslie Leland of 780 or higher now I am to embarrassed to even say what it is.  She goes on TV promoting different people to bad the magazines and producer don't do there research and see who they are really dealing with.  LESLIE WE CAN MEET ANYTIME WHEN YOU ARE READY TO BE SERIOUS AND STOP BEING IN SCAM MODE TRYING TO GET OVER. She made attempts to settle only because someone she tried to scam into investing in her business asked her why she had not made good on what she did to me did she attempt to contact me wanting to know what I would accept but that didn't last long when the person said they could not invest in someone who does what she did to  me can actually live with ripping someone off.  I am proud to say that my postings have saved a lot of people money.  She was so desperate to get me to stop posting warnings about her that she contacted my daughter as if my daughter would actually defend her what a joke!!!  She is a joke and I know that she will get what is due her.  She is suppose to be producing a show called Amature Millionaires Club I hope she does because once she gets on TV what I know about her will be better than anything she could be involved in. God don't like ugly and I hope Leslie Leland is following this because she is no good and whoever she cons from here on out will most likely be singing my song soon.  Unless of course they are smarter than I was and finds this report.

Six charges of credit card fraud in Dekalb County go to OJS Criminal Case you can see it all.  As you see here she also had a Bench Warrant.  I cannot make this stuff up and its not information that is private it is public for all to see if you are looking for it.  I have also requested her information from St Louis where she did a year in prison for fraud and had actually ran but was apprehended in Atlanta, GA.



She calls herself a Christian but hasn't made any attempt to resolve what she owes me.  The IRS is also looking into the tax return she submitted without my knowledge.  Just watch your credit information around her she will steal it and use it.



Pay up LESLIE LELAND show everyone how you say you have changed PROVE IT and I will make sure everyone knows you stepped up and for once did the right thing. I have been getting text from scam artist Leslie Leland everyone may be interested to know that she scammed someone into helping her produce a reality show called Amature Millionaires Club I warn any millionaire to run as far away from her as you can!! She is so phony I just got texts from her threatening me calling me all kinds of Bitches because I asked her to prove she was paying off the debt then she runs and calls my daughter like my daughter wants or cares to talk to her she has more class then to take Leslie's calls but she has threaten me I fact promised me to watch my back so I will be filing a police report with the Atlanta Police Dept. So to her investors she is a BAD INVESTMENT KEEP YOUR MONEY.
