I was injured at work, at first I was put out on short term disablity, sent to doctors and specialists, Liberty Mutuals Doctors I will add. As SOON as Their doctors started talking about major and permanant damages to my body, Liberty Mutual stopped paying wages, doctor bills, medicine etc.

The only thing Liberty Mutual did was ship me from Doctor to Doctor, and paid for a couple of perscriptions. They never approved physical therapy, surgery. They only sent me in for numberous MRI's.

I have been sued for medical bills and my credit is now ruined because of the judgements on my credit report.

I had to move from Nebraska to South Carolina. Before I moved I made sure (so I thought) that I would have referals to the Doctors I needed here in SC. I have been here since March 2008, and I have YET to be allowed a referal. Matter of fact, I was told last week, in order to get the attention I need, I HAVE to move back to Nebraska.

I think this insurance Company should be held liable for what they have done to me. Not everyone who files a workman comp injury is faking.

Liberty Mutual needs to be stopped.

I am not at all surprised to see what is going on with you. Liberty Mutual's only interest is the mighty dollar. I was let go because I argued that the company should be looking out for the best interest of the clients, not the best interest of the company and my manager asked me, who pays your paycheck? Liberty Mutual's slogan should be, "our policy? not our reponsibility!"
