I too have been violated by the Parking Violations Bureau and HATE IT! I've had to owe over a thousand dollars to those scoundrels! So I've been doing some research to find out where these guys come from.

Guess what I found? Barely a trace of their existence. They are good. No they are superb! Of course the government is incahoots with business but the amount of revenue they must generate from these panhandlers must be astonishing.

What I decided to do is to do some investigating reporting and find out who these guys really are. All the information on these people is amazingly obsure and often requires a massive amount of digging, so any information you have would be a great help!

Help is on the way. There are finally a few companies working on resolving the parking problem by offering website directories to parking, but unfortunately they are all in it for profits,  they are nationwide, and do not offer the most important parking database at all- the free parking database. But does one exist? Anywhere? not yet, not publicly.There is a newly formed company called LA Parking Spot whose main purpose is dedication to fix this HUGE PARKING EPIDEMIC, and stick it to the (PVB) man! If you are passionate in this cause, you can help make it happen- join the movement! LA Parking Spot says,"What can you do? first share your story with us about how you got screwed over by this terrible inefficient system and how much it cost you, by emailing us or by posting to our Facebook page. To go one step further, when you are out and about in LA, snap pics of parking signs where you park, or of incidents like broken or failed meters- or even better, pics of PVB employees wrongly ticketing, or if you want, a video of a Hollywood tow tow truck towing away yet another victim's car... Whatever relates to parking and parking laws and violations in LA, post it here or email please. Why should you take the time to do it? because if you don't, who will? This company was started a( year ago) July 2009 by one young person that became frustrated with the injustice and inefficiencies of the parking system in Los Angeles County. Miss Belling (founder, CEO) thought it absurd that there was this problem that everyone was being negatively affected by, and thus complaining constantly about, but yet noone had seemingly ever done anything to stop. She is pioneering a much needed reform, but she needs your help.
