Well, i was contacted NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC about 7 months ago on a student federal loan that i had taken out for college a few years ago. They were saying that the federal government had given them permission to take over payments for my student loan.

I set up a monthly payment with them. Then later on i recieved my payment in the mail but none of the bill has been paid i was just wondering why the money i have sent has not even showed up on the bill and they also said that i would not acrue interest on the loan which i know to be true because the orignal agreement with FSA was that i would have a certain amount of time to pay off the loan without penalty.

i want to know if the money that is being taken from my account is paying my loan off......
