Payless Car Rentals ,FLOMCO INC. PAYLESS CAR RENTAL In small letters it states, that A $50.00 admininstation fee can given to a.person for going thru a toll Orlando , , Florida

On 13 Oct 09, I rented a vehicle from PAYLESS car rentals off the airport in Orlando Florida.

When signing the papers with lines of people behind you , you try to respect  others by moving swiftly in line & getting out asap.

Not reading all the litle worded letters on the agreement, it states that

(If you fail to pay a parking or toll charge you will be charged an administrative fee of up to $50.00 plus any fees paid to the charging authority).

When I noticed that I was in the wrong lane at the (BEECH LINE WEST TOLL) it was too late  to turn off & when I got off at the next toll , I mentioned the fact that I went thru an a toll.

The person gave me a card to send payment of .75  , which I did by check & was also told to ask for a receipt of same & enclose a self addressed stamped envelope as proof paid.

I truly think this is a discrace of the absorbant fee for passing a toll that was not marked to out of state persons.

I hope you can follow up on this QUICK BUCK SCHEME...

I am awaiting to see in a few months if I am billed same...I will fight tooth to nail.

Thought a nice visit to my 93 yr. old mom would be nice...

NO MORE RENTAL CARS FOR ME IN FLORIDA..

Hope you can rectify same thru the corrupt politicians of FLORIDA.
