I, as most everyone else writing here, have been taken advantage of by a company of huge assets and influence. In March of 2006 I purchased 3 Red Bull vending machines along with a "protected territory" from Creative Concepts of America as agent for RBNA for $15000.00. I too was promised the machines would be placed in the best of locations or they would move them at their expense to a more profitable one. I was assured by Mr. Patrick J. Mulligan that if my machines were not doing 60 sales per day CCA would move them.

Please do not think that I, nor these other folks, jumped into this purchase without checking CCA and its representatives. I called RBNA headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. on approximately Dec. 05 2005 and was assured by the young lady I spoke with that CCA was indeed a reputable company and if I wanted to purchase Red Bull vending opportunities this was the only way. I owned a Shell Food Mart at the time and was buying Red Bull from a distributor in my area, so I asked her about the possibility of the distributor placing machines in my area. She assured me I could buy product from that distributor but that they in no case could be involve in the vending business.

As you can see, I do not have near the money invested in this venture that some of these folks do but still believe we have been the victims of fraud and gross misrepresentation by Red Bull and its agent CCA. Unlike some of my fellow victims my machines are placed and are generating revenue, but instead of the 60 sales a day, more than guaranteed by Mr. Mulligan, they will be lucky to do 60 sales a MONTH.

I, as the others who have taken the time to file these reports, are victims and should be re-imbursed fully by Red Bull.
