The Morning Star Academy DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS SAID TOO BAD!! Orlando Florida

We signed our son up for school here. After paying for fees up front, and by fees I mean, books, and sign up fees etc, we were told that when the course started (we signed up 2 months in advance) they would charge us the course fees. They charged them right away on our credit card without authorization, never contacted us when courses started, never received 1 e-mail, not one!! We were sent a cd rom and a couple of papers. They never checked on us nor asked questions as to what my son needed. In the meantime, we signed our child up for a private school in town. After MONTHS of me e-mailing them, and no response...4 months later an e-mail WAS sent...Sorry no refunds!! Is there anything else we can do? What a bogus scam! Christians my fat butt!! I should have looked on line and researched! They have hundreds of complaints, yet are never touched on this because they are a Christian based shcool and feel they are too good to be proscecuted!! If you are to sign your child up here...don't, RUN!!
