It is unbelievable that Vanderbilt thinks they can call you NEIGHBORS to try to bully you.  This has to be wrong on so many levels that Vanderbilt WILL CALL YOUR NEIGHBORS!  Just this morning, my neighbor called and told me that Alison Vanderbilt called and is trying to reach me.  She left her number 1-800-970-7250 and my account number.  Isn't this illegal?  That take bullying to a whole new level!

If you fail to pay your bills and are not responding to their calls then yes they can call your family, friends, work, nieghbors and leave their phone number( most people have caller id and see who co is), their personal name (allison) and a reference number to give when you call back. This is your account number but the neighbors do not know this unless you tell them because it is left as a reference number to give when you call in. This is 100% legal
