Well I sent a moneygram from Walmart on the instructions given to me by Walmart.  This was going to be a part time job working with Walmart as a Mystery Shopper.  Well it wasn't it was a scam I know that now.  But what I need to tell you is that not only did I loose my money it is costing me alot more in fees from my bank now.  I sent the money just like they told me too but the kicker here is that someone picked up the money.  I sent the money to my husband but someone pretending to be my husband picked it up.  The amount was 2850.00 and with that much money they are supposed to check for ID which they did not.

So this is what I think someone inside Walmart is running a scam and using moneygram to do it.  They have to have people on inside to get the money how else would you explain someone other than my husband being able to get that money.

So if you recieve anything from Walmart do not do it! I thought being from there it would be alright I was wrong. Now I will never see that money.  Funny thing is the moneygram place will not even tell me when or where the money was picked up even though it was my money.

Beware of this scam from walmart....

These are some pretty big accusations you are making here. What evidence do you have to prove it was a walmart employee? If you truly believe that you should file a police report. Also if I remember right you send moneygrams to a city correct? not a specific store in that city. Other places can access moneygrams, they are not a walmart thing. Much like western union. It could have been picked up at a 3rd party vendor. Did you contact moneygram and see when and where it was picked up? they should have records of this.

Once you find that information out you should file a police report and have the police request survellience footage from that date/time stamp at walmart's service desk. Then you will find out who picked up the money. Yes, this is a common scam, but it is not a walmart scam. Google the scam, its in many forms out there being run all over the country.
