These are some pretty big accusations you are making here. What evidence do you have to prove it was a walmart employee? If you truly believe that you should file a police report. Also if I remember right you send moneygrams to a city correct? not a specific store in that city. Other places can access moneygrams, they are not a walmart thing. Much like western union. It could have been picked up at a 3rd party vendor. Did you contact moneygram and see when and where it was picked up? they should have records of this.
Once you find that information out you should file a police report and have the police request survellience footage from that date/time stamp at walmart's service desk. Then you will find out who picked up the money. Yes, this is a common scam, but it is not a walmart scam. Google the scam, its in many forms out there being run all over the country.
