ANTONIO PIMENTEL MAXXIMUM MANAGEMENT CORPORATIONANTONIO PIMENTEL CPACRAWFORD PIMENTEL CORPORATION I was ripped off in the square footage of an office lease that I lease from MAXXIMUM MANAGEMENT FOR 3 years. The SQ FT of the building was misrepresented as 290 square foot when it was actually 248 square foot. I overpaid the Landlord Maxximum Management by 42 SQ FT for 2 years in excess of $1200. The landlord violated city of San Jose California Parking ordinance section 20.70.110 by charging for parking when they were required to provide 2.5 parking space per 1000 SQ FT. The total square foot of the building is 63,607 square foot, which requires 63 free parking space for tenants. I overpaid $1485 in parking for two years, which amounted to $1764 with 9% imputed interest. The property has only two bath rooms per flow when the ordinance requires 1 handicapped bathroom per office suite. SAN JOSE California

Antioio Pimentel doing business as Maxximum  Management Corporation and as Crawford Pitentel CPA incorporated fraudulently defrauded me  Pacific Magellan Insurance Service by charging for charging for fictitious square footage of lease that does not exist. This a blatant fraud, for deceiving Pacific Magellan Insurance Service by charging me for me for square footage of property that does not exist.

I have over paid Maxximum Management by $932.40 on the lease of fake SQ FT that does not exist for 2years and 4months  with 9% inputed interest rate this $1140.00 for FRAUDULENT  42SQ FT of fictitious space that does not exist .

 This is deceitful  and fraudulent act. The Landlord violation of city parking  ordinance section 20.70.110 by not providing free adequate parking for its 63,807 rentable square feet commercial building  in violation of city ordinance and  code ORDS. 26248, 27605, 28836, 28858 while charging the tenants for it is another FRAUD and

rippoff. I have over paid the parking by $1485  for two years and at 9% imputed interest rate for 2years and four 

months is $1852.22. This rippoff report is based on facts and not an attempt to smear anyone.
