I replied to an ad about English bulldog puppies and sent all the required information. Along with the shipping fare to receive the puppy. The puppy was supposed to be shipped to me on Thursday September 13 2012. on September 13 after I was told the dog would be arriving the courier service called and said that pet patrol in Dayton Ohio said that insurance had to be paid to insure the life of the puppy or my husband and I would be charged with neglect of the puppy.

They assured us that the money would be refunded to us at the time of delivery of the puppy. I then made the payment for the insurance they contacted us and said the puppy would be delivered at 7:45 this morning September15 2012 and we would receive our money back. Still no puppy or my refund and the woman selling the dog and the courier service were contacted by us asking where is the puppy and still no response.
