First before I even reveal this particular DataSoft.ws VPS SCAM Let me point out that DataSoft.ws is not at all new to the SCAM ARENA, this can be verified by simply performing a Google Search which we have convienently provided the link to below to help you avoid DataSoft.ws at all costs, if you value your hard earned money !, if the link does not appear below, simply go to Google.com and enter "DataSoft.ws SCAM", and the SCAM results will quite literally speak for themselves that DataSoft.ws is a less than scruperleous company that any person in their right mind that after being warned about this thieving company gets what they deserve for doing business with them after having the facts about them beforehand.

Fortunately for us our loss with DataSoft.ws we've limited to $39 USD, of which we've currently disputed with PayPal, and should PayPal fail to provide us with "Justice" in DataSoft.ws's ploy to abused PayPal's "Intangible / Digital Goods" clause, then we will simply file a  CHARGEBACK via our local Bank with VISA Card transaction processing, and then DataSoft.ws can pay the transaction CHARGEBACK fees.

STURCTURE OF THE DATASOFT.WS VPS - VITURAL PRIVATE SERVER SCAM

1.) First they sell you one of their "Throttled-Multi-Processor Servers", throttled meaning that you can purchase up to a 24-thread Multi-Processor Sever for upwards of $79 USD per month, this in itself is a SCAM in that die hard vetrans at LowEndTalk.com over at LowEndBox.com attest to the Fact that even a $5 USD server from most other VPS Performers will out perform the DataSoft.ws 24-Thread Multi-Processor Server, again this link is provided below, if the link is not shown, simply Google "Free dedi server in FL from DataSoft.ws Networks - Page 3", be sure to go to page 3, the last page when everyone found out the truth about the false offer:

DataSoft.ws false advertising states that DataSoft.ws's servers, especially their "Dedicated Servers" are packaged with "Un-Limited, Un-Metered BandWidth", this is misleading in that upon purchase you find out that you are limited to 20M, anything above this will trigger a "Riot Act" letter from DataSoft.ws accusing you of "Hacking or Spamming" threating to shut your server down, mind you this happens when renting what they refer to as their "Dedicated Server", which also was discovered as to not be dedicated at all in that DataSoft.ws puts ten (10) Dedicated Servers on a 100 Mb Shared Internet Connection, therefore in all essence the customer is paying upwards of $79 USD per month for a 10M Internet connection from DataSoft.ws, faster can be had at LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com for $5 USD per month, a complete and utter RipOff, but hold on it gets even worse, this is just scraping the surface.

3.) It's our belief that DataSoft.ws actually installs viruses on the VPS's they rent in an effort to charge the enduser customer their ridiculeous $100 USD fee to get this, "CLEAN YOUR SERVER", fortunately we was always backed up and did not need access to the server, however imagine if you had valuable data on one of DataSoft.ws's VPS Servers and needed to access your data it would come at a $100 USD fee from DataSoft.ws . Keep in mind that DataSoft.ws is a Indian company from India trying to use the DataCenter's addresses in Missouri and Miami, Florida in an effort to decieve their customers that they are a U.S. Based Company from the USA, when the truth of the matter is that they are from India and based in India where the average rent or mortage for a house / home is only $20 USD per month, yet they want to charge customers in the USA $100 USD to allow you access to your Data after they have maliciously and intentionally installed a virus on your machine to generate the false reason to charge you the $100 USD access fee to your data, pure "CRIMINALS" is the only word that we can use to describe DataSoft.ws, take a look at DataSoft.ws's team's staff names, they are all Indian from India, theives !

4.) How do WE "KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE ?"

Simple, we ALWAYS, let us repeat, ALWAYS use a VPN-"Virtual Private NetWork", what's a VPN-"Virtual Private NetWork", a VPN encapsulates the local IP and redirects ALL server OUT GOING TRAFFIC through a different IP or ramdon IP's depending on the VPN used and preference of the Operator. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?, this means that the IP assigned to the server by DataSoft.ws NEVER was allowed out, all and any traffic from the server was re-directed via our VPN's IP(s), YET DATASOFT.WS WOULD STILL GENERATE FALSE FAKE BLACKLIST REPORTS FROM THE IP THAT THEY HAD ASSIGNED US, logic would only have two conclusions on this matter:

a.) DataSoft.ws are backdooring the VPS Server they rent to enduser's and installing a virus / bug on their customer's servers !

or

b.) DataSoft.ws are simply gauging the amount of OutGoing traffic on the VPS Servers they rent (which is already a known fact in that they always send you a graph of your bandwitdh use, mind you this is the "Un-Metered / Un-Limited Bandwitdh" false advertising), upon seeing any server with high outgoing bandwitdh it's our belief that DataSoft.ws themselves report their own customers to BlackList DataBases in an effort to have reason to shut the customer's VPS down and charge the $100 USD access fee, $100 USD is a lot of money when you are living in India paying only $20 a month for your Home Mortgage or rent, The DataSoft.ws Owners simply cannot help themselves in that many of the un-suspect- ing amateurs that do not use a VPN-"Virtual Private NetWork" would never be the wiser and know that it's their own host reporting them and generating BlackList DataBase reports in an un-beknownst effort to defraud the enduser customer renting DataSoft.ws's VPS out of their money via charging a $100 USD access fee.

5.) ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS !

Now we will show you the CHARACTER OF "DATASOFT.WS", That of "CRIMINALS" without a Doubt:

a.) DataSoft.ws waited until the day after we paid for another month of service, then they shut our server down, nothing, our actions had not changed on our server that we were not doing for the previous month, however the day after we made payment for another month $39 USD DataSoft.ws shut our server down and demanded a $100 USD fee in order to gain access again to the server, DataSoft.ws simply waited until the payment was due again in order to steal a full month from the customer.

b.) DataSoft.ws upon our disputing DataSoft.ws actions with PayPal sent us a request to drop the PayPal dispute, as we told DataSoft.ws "Nice Try" if we were Amateurs we would have fallen for DataSoft.ws's ploy to get us to drop the dispute, however we are not Amateurs and are fully aware that one a PayPal Dispute is canceled it cannot be disputed again and leaves the Buyer purely at the mercy of the Seller, being suspicious of DataSoft.ws already we told them "No Way", we are not canceling the PayPal dispute and place ourselves in the "Shady Hands" of DataSoft.ws's Criminal Behavoir !, we also then made aware to DataSoft.ws that we've suggested to PayPal to close the DataSoft.ws PayPal Account in that DataSoft.ws is a company that displays less than moral behavior.

c.) DataSoft.ws upon discovering that we had no plans to cancel the PayPal dispute against them actually escalated the PayPal dispute to a CLAM in an effort to try and sway PayPal to release the funds to DataSoft.ws, the reason DataSoft.ws gave to PayPal was "Digital Item", to all that have ears LISTEN, any time dealing with any company that gives "Digital Item" as a reason to PayPal run, don't walk away from that company in that like DataSoft.ws they are trying to gain access to your funds via PayPal's intangible items terms of service, this is the route that DataSoft.ws tried to go knowing full well that they shut the server down on Oct. 31st, 2014 and that the server had already been "PAID IN FULL" for another month in advance, instead of refunding the additional month already paid for, DataSoft.ws made an attemp to gain the funds from PayPal that had already been paid for in advance for another month, November, of which the month of November had not even started yet, it was still October, and October was already paid for, we owed DataSoft.ws NOTHING, but instead of offering us our cash / funds back after shutting down our server DataSoft instead tried to gain access to funds that they had absolutely no right to ! Clearly "CRIMINAL BEHAVOIR", outright CRIMINALS !
