Dwayne K. Gardner, a.k.a. Dwayne D'Saint is a very good con man. I met him on line a dating website bbpeoplemeet.com. He will always make you believe whatever he tells you. He promised me a million dollar plus home, condo, car, and lavish gifts and lifestyle. He said that he was an attorney, white collar crime financial fraud. (how ironic?) He is so convincing that he will have you doing things that you normally would not do. He claims to be the father of three grown girls whom he raised alone after the mother of the children left him for his best friend. He claimed that shew never married him because she did not want to be a wife.
He was so convincing that I quit my job to pursue the details of getting things ready for the house. I have no money, he has not been able to get much of anything from me, so that is why I was so confused as to what he could possibly want from me. He is so far still hanging around because I have not let on that I know he is a con. I plan to file a report today here in Austin, TX, and I pray that they catch him and put his a** away for a long time! He not only screwed with me, he toyed with my son's emotions as well, I will NEVER trust a man again.

Dwayne K. Gardner was just released from a jail in Houston, Tx. Apparently, he threatened one of the women, who he scammed and she pressed charges. I was also told, by the source, that he threatened her family's lives. This piece of sh*t, got away with using me, but that is my fault I truly believe what goes around comes around. Dwayne will get his, and I wont have to lift a finger.
He no longer has the brand new audi a4 2012, that I got for him. He has ruined my credit, and I am in debt. Did I learn my lesson? Oh hell yes.. I only hope that others out there are reading this, and wont be as naive as i was.

If you have this type of knowledge why dont to step forward and identify yourself and show that this man has done something to you and act on it.I read about alot of people making comments and it seems to me that if this all is true why dont these grown people do their duty and act. and be the citizen that you must claim to be and take ownership of your comments.

Everything that is being said about Dwayne Keith Gardner is true not only has he been conning women he is now also doing immigration papers for illegals telling them that he is an immigration judge he get unsuspecting people to help him with this. He is in the Conroe, Woodlands , Texas area last known to be staying at motel on I-45 and 242 He has made comment that he has a 9mm gun. he has been seen with a woman from conroe

I have been reading all of the comments on the subject, "Dwayne" I find it interesting that with all of the victims that have been brave enough to come forward, that his wife, whom he is separated from have no compassion for them, but is only concerned with the fact that her "GRANDAUGHTER'S" picture has been made public. Her comment about this site being full of crazies, is ironic. Her husband is one of those crazies, and has been taking advantage of innocent women. Also, the only way that anyone could have even shown a pic of her grandaughter, which, nobody knew was real or not, given all of his lies, was exploited by her own grandfather.
So, I'm sorry! Who is the sicko? It is obvious, that either you, being his wife, or separated from him, if that is indeed true, is separated for a reason. I am not interested in why you are, but I find it funny when men screw up, cheat, or turn out to be con men, like Dwayne, women like his separated wife, tend to make excuses and defend him. Oh and for the record, you dont know me, and I dont know you, but if you feel the need to come after me, in response to my comments, bring it sista. I do not believe that anyone on this site, who is talking about Dwayne whatever his name is, is trying to hurt your alleged grand daughter. I commend the people that are coming forward, so that no other innocent women will allow him to cross their path.

I have read more reports about this man, but i am really bothered that grown people would post pictures of kids on the internet. If this man has done something to you please get your proof that he conned you out of your money, attempted to put a home in your name or just did not give you money or abetter life that you already have... and file charges, dont hid behind the internet admit that you would go to court and prove your charges, I am sure that this man would appear in court and defend hisself.

Gina G (Gardner)'s response is very interesting. After reading the entire report I believe I met this man. If he's married to Gina G then he is Dwayne Gardner and said his name is Dwayne Beaulieu. Everything stated by the reporter from Austin sound very familiar and similiar and exact. Pictures don't lie. Gina may not want to admit or believe but I wonder why they are serparated. Several reports I've read also state that he has told several women that he has never been married. He is a con artist on several dating web sites and should be considered very dangerous. Last I knew as of April 2012 he was in Texas claiming to be a federal judge, driving a 2012 black audi that is not in his name but in a women's name from Austin and he's not paying for it, he is a theive too. This is a true story, really! I think Gina G should contact the Texas DA's office so they can stop him in his tracks.

This is more of a demand than it is a rebuttal, I wonder why this woman is posting those girls and my granddaughters picture is on this website?? I am currently married to Dwayne K Gardner (legally separated). These girls nor my granddaughter has done nothing to this woman or why she is mad at him, for her to go as far as to have posted to their images on an internet without their permission or the permission of my granddaughter's parents !!
With all the sick predators out here you would think this woman would have enough common sense not to take her anger on the innocent because of her distrust of this man. She wouldn't want someone posting her son image without her authorization, would she?! Now if you're mad at him, fine, then you take it out on him, but take my granddaughter picture off of this website or I will be contacting the Attorney General for the State of Texas!!
