Internet Speedway Unemployed person taken advantage of!!! Internet

This company has some nerve!   I was unemployed in 2009 and sitting at home wondering what in the world was I going to do! Here I am 55 yrs old and out of work and just thinking who in the world is going to hire ME! I heard this advertisement on the radio on 107.5 and it said for just 99.95 you can create a web-site and sell merchandise and make alot of money.HA HA HA !!!

I'm not that good on the computer and decided to cancel it, so I call them to cancel and they talk me into keeping it.Then I got charge the 99.95 on my credit card and hadn't recieved anything so I call them and found out that it would cost me another $1000.00 to get a web-designer to design this so call web- site! I told the person that I was talking to, I don't even remember his name, to cancel this right now! I then call my credit card company to file a dispute and was told that they have 30 days to respond and when they didn't I got my money back.

Well, guess who calls me on 08-23-2012 which happens to me my birthday and I am now 58 yrs old, it was a collection company trying to get $400.00 they said I own internet speedway, we got into an argument and I told this woman that I don't own them anything and she said that I did; well the only thing I got to say about it is I wish her LUCK in getting it and hung up the phone. What I would like to know is can this person mess up my credit score by reporting this to a credit reporting agency when the company is no longer in business?
