This company is a total rip-off!!!.

You would probably get to them by first seeing what appears to be a legitimate Consumer News Health Report site (http://ushealthnews.com/?adv=1293) showing a supposed reporter taking the challenge. Don't be fooled like I was. If you agree to the promise that you will get a free trial of their productr for on;y a reduced shipping rate of $1.95, you will be taken to their LeanSpa site where you register to receive your free trial for only $1.95 shipping. Next you have to fill in your credit card info.

* At no time during this process, or in print anywhewre on their website, are you informed that they are actually charging over $100.00 to your credit card. Not even in the fine print at the bottom of the page.

I tried to cancel out but it was too late. I then immediately went back into their site, found their phone number and called. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order. I was told it was impossible to cancel. I yelled and screamed a bit, also to no avail. They have a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" seal on their site, but they sure don't honor it.

Unfortunately I used my check card instead of credit card to make this simple $1.95 purchase that cost me over $100.00 so I can't even have the credit card company look into it for me.

And ... to top it off they never even sent the free sample I paid over $100.00 for.

People, it's too late for me. My money is gone, but please don't let them ripped you off as they have me.

THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT SITES...

In my investigating this product, I have discovered 3 sites:  http://www.theacaiberrytalk.org/reports/

http://dietandhealthnews.org/report/ (notice that those two sites have the same reporter in it but advertising two different products as for using the colon cleans), http://www.leanspascam.com/, http://www.leanspa.net/.  There are many sites out there for this particular product.  Every site that I visited had the exact same information on it.  d**n near word for word about how much weight they lost and the exact same things that they did on a daily basis.  How is that possible?  On February 1, 2011, I ordered the products on this site (http://www.theacaiberrytalk.org/reports/) before realizing there were several like it saying the same thing.  I got my ColonThin on the 6th.  But my LeanSpa sent me a tracking number that never registered with the USPS.  Tuesday, I called LeanSpa customer service to ask what the problem was and they told me that it was sent out.  I called the USPS and they had no record of ever recieving or having the packeage.  So I called back to LeanSpa customer service and told them that they needed to send my product or I was going to report them to the BBB.  Within 24 hours, my package was reported to the USPS as being received.  I just got it this morning.  So, is it a scam?  I will DEFINATELY keep you posted on my progress as I started taking both pills about an hour ago @ 9:30am Central time.  I did cancel my subscription before I got my LeanSpa order because I felt...feel...that they are on some BS.  I canceled my order with ColonThin right after I received it.  I just wanted the trial and wanted to work it on my own to see if it actually worked before committing to a regular supply being shipped.  PLUS, be warned that the 14 day trial starts WHEN YOU ACTUALLY MAKE THE PURCHASE FOR THE TRIAL.  Not when you actually get the product.  So make sure you read the fine print before you decide to make the trial purchase.

Are you A Customer Service Superviser or Supervisor,

I DO NOT ALWAYS KNOW HOW TO SPELL, BUT WHEN I KNOW HOW TO USE THE SPELL CHECK. TOO KEEP THIS PROFESSIONAL, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU ALSO LEARN HOW SPELL CHECK. -20 WORDS MISSPELLED WORDS. THAT IS LIKE AN 80%, A GRADE 'C' IN MOST COLLEGES

Even on this site there is spell check for you!
HINT: NEXT THE 'BOLD', ITALIC' AND 'UNDERLINE' ICONS
