This is what they said" Our investigator spoke to the Sgt. of police who advised that you left the phone behind in an unknown place somewhere in the casino, from which the phone was stolen. Sorry but "theft from an unsecured premise and "negligent loss" are both specifically excluded from coverage. I'm sorry to inform you that your Request for Service (RFS) has been denied. A letter with further details has been forwarded to you via your email address of record"
