BBB found business made good faith effort to resolve complaint but customer not satisfied with business response
Southern New Hampshire University never made any effort to resolve the complaint. As I read the BBB statement, it made me wonder if anyone even read the complaints. It looks like all a company has to do is respond and that becomes a good faith effort even if no attempt to resolve the complaint is made.
Southern New Hampshire University is not a BBB member; I would hate to see how they sugar coat their members complaints.
