    I can see a trend, starting with my 82 year old mother and in reading the complaints here.....This is an LLC. corporate owned franchisee....They are out to gain unjust profits, defraud customers via up selling without cause for repairs....In every instant they ask to inspect your car for problems....They will always find something that needs attention or maintenance at your expense...Always go to a mechanic for diagnoses then call around for alternative , lower repair costs....WHY?...because if you fall pray to places like purrfect auto, you will always be left unsatisfied and potentially needing more repairs then you originally needed to begin with.
