A vacation confirmation was made and a deposite was placed on a requested credit card for a total of $8575.50 A weeks stay at Sandals La Toc golf and Resort in St. lucia was to start on September 1, 2011.
on August 24th my partner backed out and cancelled. I immediately contacted Sandals, (ticket # 194363007) and notified them of the cancellation.
Message was Received by Sandals, (W3060116212628) so they were aware of my cancellation one week prior to arrival. I received the run around via their "ETS Response Center. I then called the provided phone # 1-800-327-1991 ext 4008 and was told NO REFUNDS !
Hiding behind the Name, "Unique Vacations" I found out they are not headquartered in the United States and therefore do not have to follow American business ethics.
Given issue Response id 363007 I am now a firm believer in "Buyer Beware". I pray anyone thinking about using these unscrupulous crooks do a little research and retain the services of an American based agency and not a fly by night Carribbean Cartel.
