Shakespeare's Den Shakespeares Den Failed to provide product purchased as promised Lynnwood, Washington

 On December 17 2012 my daughter ordered 2 action figures from Shakespeare's Den. One was an Ludwig van Beethoven figure and the other was a Bach Action Figure . The Ludwig van Beethoven action figure arrived on 12/27/12. The invoice said that both action figures were supposed to be in the package but the Bach action figure was not there. My daughter attempted to contact them by email at <ASM@ShakespearesDen.com> on 12/31/12 and never received any reply. Then I also attempted to contact them by email again on 1/7/12 and sid not receive a reply.

This is a copy of order that Shakespeare's Den sent to my daughters email address to confirm shipment, but the Bach action figure was not in the shipment:
