I have spoken to, and exchanged emails with, several attorney's listed as affiliates of The Foreclosure Law Center. Four of those who responded have no knowledge that their professional names are being used on legal documents. This is the response from one attorney.
"I quit working for them in 2010/2011. They just still have my name on their website. They'd better not be signing things with my name. They were a scam so I stopped working for them."
I can list four more who have responded in the same way! Were is the oversight? FLC has been scamming people for years!!! Yet they are allowed to continue inspite of complaints to the PA State Bar, and the OAG. What does it take? ....I'll tell you what it takes. It takes a group of pissed off women who won't quit until they are shut down.
Please refer to attached document for a list of attorney's from other states, many ( if not most) of whom have no knowledge of their name being used.
