Trevor Robinson tlr9qd Sold defective iphone, due to creative tactics got feed back removed and I got $20 back Internet

I purchased an iPhone from Mr.Robinson off of ebay.  The phone came in and as described there was no cover included.  Phone was described to be unlocked and it was not.  The bottom charging port was  damaged as well.  The phone was sold as is therefore I had taken it locally to few phone shops and they were able to resolve these issues. 

I have left a negative feedback for Mr.Robinson it is then that I was contacted and through few exchanges he had agreed to refund back at least the money I have put into the phone $50.  He had asked me to remove the feedback to refund the money.  I had done so then only to get back a message from him that i have violated buyer protection and he will be only sending $20 back.

He had advised me that he does this for living, that would be scamming people out of their money for half or non existent service that he provides.
