Content: I just purchased the DC-510T 12.0MP 2.4-inch TFT LCD Camera/Camcorde. I absolutely love the camera, but it appears that there is something wrong with it. When I turn the flash on and attempt to make a picture the camera shuts off. The red light on the front of the camera flashes as if it is about to take a shot, but then the flash retracts and the camera shuts off. Is there something that I can troubleshoot at home to fix this, or do I have a defective product.

The other features all seem to work fine, I can shoot pictures just fine without the flash.

Not acceptable! I bought a product with the expectation that I would receive it in working order. If it was not, I should not be responsible to fix it. Good customer service would have ensure the product was in working order before it was shipped, since it was not (and I realize that is not always in your control) I am now inconvenienced, and without
a product for another couple of months (it took 20+ days to get the product, I can only imagine what time will be involved to return it) you should at least take the ownership to send a new working product and absorb the cost that I am going to incur to return it.

My order # is DD. Please provide me the return address. Also note that I think it is a lousy practice that I am already inconvenienced to have to mail this and wait even longer for replacement item and you expect me to pay the shipping cost. None of this would have happened if you had sent a working item to begin with. Please be advised that if the replacement item is not in perfect working order I will post my concerns online for your future customers to read!

2.do ship back by flat rate shipping, not dhl ,not fedex and not tnt ups

This wasmailed on 01-09-2012. A foreign tracking # was not available thru the USP, however they advise that the package can be tracked via Customs Form # CWUS

If you would bother to read the thread above you will see that I have already supplied you that information. Please do not give me a "copy and paste" reply again. Can you validate if you have received my return and if a replacement product is in fact in route back to me....Sincerely "One very mad customer"

Dealing with a AHAPPY DEAL.COM

Hello and I agree to a point with dealing with A happy deal however when you return a product to them you can send to there California warehouse and not have to ship to China so you do not pay any high expense at all. Also if you would of taken out shipping insurance I think its like 1.99 a shipment they would of sent out a brand new one with out any questions asked. I know this cause I have had it happened to me a couple of times dealing with this company however I always sent to there California warehouse and also if I did get a product that was bad which has happened I simply complained and with in 10-14 days had a new product with out even having to send the old product anywhere just for having ship insurance. I will say when you first deal with this company they are very slow to ship out and get the product moving however they will honor there word and if so they will give a refund when you demand it also if you use PAY PAL not like others think but the store does not get the funds you pay with through PAY PAL until the item is delivered to you and you have still 72 hours to complain to pay pal if there is a issue. So when i see people say well they scam and take there money out of pay pal and go away I just laugh cause those people have not a clue how Pay pal works as I own a internet business and I know how pay pal works and functions pretty well since 85% of my customers use it. I will say over all Ahappy deal .com is If I was asked 65% good there shipping and customer service get a fail rate but they will make good even though sometimes it feels like they won't
