When I went to their website, I ordered the product and then when I saw that there were odd shipping charges, I tried to cancel the order.  There is no way to cancel an order, and then when I received the "confirmation" there were additional items on my charge that I did not want.  I am planning on returning the whole order - and I am contact my credit card company to put a hold on the charges.  It is a very confusing website and once you are on it and have placed you first item, it really gets confusing, it keeps adding all kinds of specials, etc, and then it directs you to a site that is for "free shipping" for x amount per year.  If you don't accept the "free" shipping then you get emails saying you have not accepted the free shipping (which is not free because there is a "fee per month".  It is a real scam!! And there is no place to cancel your order once you start.
