   Yes I paid him for work. I felt it did help, in the end I didnt get what I wanted however. But for a while there it was working. I just needed to handle it different I think. I hope he can still help me out to finish my goals. But in short, yes I feel his workings did help my situation at least for a while.

This is more for the person that wrote the recent comment: have you paid Phelan yet? Do you feel like it worked?

I used his services once and I didn't have the funds either. He calmly and politely told me to save up or make Payments and once it was fully paid he would start work. I honestly have dragged him around for a few years cause I keep believing I personally can salvage my concern, or that I shouldn't do such etc.. But I plan to contact him here in a few days and pay his price that day. He's been around too long, and your the only complaint. Plus your complaint isn't truly valid.. What did you say to him exactly to make someone call you a liar? I mean really if someone wants money from you and you tell um you don't gave it, what do they have to gain by cussing you out over the Internet? I personally would say alright well please let me know when you have full funds and are ready to continue. :/ I think you need to post more facts, or copy the to and from Letters on here if he's rude.. Still your saying the man isnt trustworthy and is not real when you didn't even get work done... That also is uncalled for. Sounds like you just had a sore spot you wanted to itch and you took it out on malewitch...

I could be totally wrong but from just reading your post I'd question you more than I would malewitch, just too vauge and childish story (true or not).. It just seems too childish to be true from a business standpoint.
