In all my years as a business owner, any company doing any kind of business, will be confrunted with unhappy clients

negociations with the families which control the portfolios. 

in securing the funds PPF/  i Nelson Faisal extended several LOI ( letters of intent) for several proyects, in the mist a few were 

turn down. Example a 95 LTV loan for the purchase of raw land, with future development posabilities.

Busines is business.

PPF boxing division had, no dealings with any financial matters, just read the name, BOXING.
