VIP Marketing Shady Southhaven Mississippi

Do not do business with these people. My husband allowed them in..signed a contract and we had 3 days (cooling of period) to send it back. I used the Kirby vacuum for 3 minutes and the belt broke. So 27 minutes after they left I called the number ..Guess what...It was dead air. It rang then nothing, called back after the 15th time I get please put in your access code....WHAT?? Heh..so called back again...Dead air again. Amazingly after Wed (which was the cuttoff time) someone answers. Her name was "Amber"    I ask if there are problems with there phones and she stated she had been there everyday and there was no problem. Guess I lied huh?  So I explained the situation and she said someone would call me back. NO phone calls back ever!!!! Do no let these people in your house because..which I really like the Kirby ...I don't like being cheated. The guy who owns the company is shady at best...Business was opened on Dec. 2014 and there are NO reports. OOPS ..now there is..
