WoodForest bank Merchant Services Ripped Off by Wood Forest /Merchant Services USA the Woodlands, Texas

I called Merchant Services USA to inquire why my fee's had doubled since starting 11 months earlier.
After much double talk I decided to cancel what I thought to be a one year contract.
I have an email from Adam Flanagen the sales person stating the one year term and the fee's to be charged.
They said I could cancel,that there would be no extra charges for terminating and to fax to them a signed letterhead saying I wanted to cancel my services.

Then I was charged not only the next months fee's plus a 775 termination fee.

They never actually state that the terms will automatically renew for three years. The contract is very tricky and one must refer to a website or a many paged tiny print "terms and condition" pamphlet to see how they get you! I faxed them before my year was up but they still rolled me over for three years because I had to have faxed them two week earlier.

Big Scam - Beware!

Can we sue them?
