What is the discrimination?

You did not get the job.
This may be a shock to you but you were probably not the only one who applied for this job. You also were not the only one who was not given the job. Yet you instantly come to Ripoff report claiming discrimination. On what grounds?
I will give you a piece of advise. Pay attention on your future job applications. As if you had as many spelling errors on the application as you did here I can see a good reason you probably were not hired.

Accusations but no proof?

I do agree that ANY potential employee looking to be hired by *any* company should do leg work into the place you are looking to be hired by.. this is just common sense.
There is always going to be some discrimination in the hiring process. No matter how "non-bias" a company tends to be.. Might Orkin have found a higher-educated employee and chose them over you? Most likely.. don't fault them for choosing the most qualified contender for the job. It's a fierce market right now and you have to sell yourself really well to get those highly sought-after jobs.
If you have more evidence against Orkin, by all means please post it. No I don't work for Orkin and I've never had any dealings with them. It just bugs me when posters make such open-ended accusations with no evidence at all. Such things can hurt a business' reputation for no reason and that is NOT what this website is meant for.
