On 2/14/2013 I sent ordered my wife a beautiful arrangement from 1-800 Flowers to be delivered to her office as a Valentines surprise.  This arrangement cost me $180.00.  I typically use 1-800 Flowers for all of my flower deliveries because they stand behind their products with their 100% smile guarantee.

Well needless to say the first delivery that was sent through 1-800 flowers by their affiliate florist Bouquets and Blooms, New York was not even close to what i ordered in size, color, add ons or the amount of roses I paid for.  When I saw my wife's delivery I was very upset that they had sent her someone elses arrangement entirely.  I called 1-800 Flowers and was put on hold for over an hour.  So I hung up and made a complaint online.  Never received a follow up call from them.  So on 2/15/2013 I called them back to complain. 

1-800 Flowers offered to send out the correct arrangement to my wife at her office on 02/15/2013 and give me a $20.00 refund to make up for the mistake.  When my wife called me in tears I couldnt imagine how they could have messed it up this time.  My wife was so upset because when she arrived to her office in the afternoon on 02/15/2013 Bouquets and Blooms affiliate florist had already delivered her arrangement.  They dropped off 3 long stem roses wrapped in plastic with a "sickly" looking balloon and a card that said "our apologies". 

I thought that was why my wife was crying was because they sent the wrong delivery again.  But instead found out she was crying because everyone of her employees were covering their noses because this second delivery smelled like it had taken a bath in the "sewer" and she was so embarrassed. 

I contacted 1-800 flowers back to complain again, and was told they did all they could and that the affiliate florist felt they completed the order and made it right with us.  My wifes flowers on the second delivery that still was not what i ordered spent the entire day laying on the floor of the janitors closet because they smelled so badly it was offensive to her staff.  1-800 Flowers and Bouquets and Blooms refused to give me a refund or deliver what I ordered.  This place should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves sending the wrong paid for arrangement twice but also for the fact that they had the guts to send her a flower arrangement that smelled up her entire office like a sewer and feels that was fulfilling their responsibility.  What a joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF, AND THEIR SMILE GUARANTEE IS A BIG FAT LIE !!!  BECAUSE MY WIFE IS ALL TEARS NOT SMILES !!!!
