i called 800 got junk to remove construction debris from my home. they came as promised. when they arrived i showed them the debris. they gave me a outrageous price so i declined. then doug showed up, he said he can give me a better estimate, he has the authority to do so. i showed him the items. there were two piles, one by my garage and one under my deck. he first said he could not take both on the same day so i agreed to have the stuff from under the deck taken. there was a lot of stuff so he came up with a price and i agreed . he called cory while i was standing next to him and he told him all the debris to be taken away, he then gave me the phone so i could  give him my cell phone number, at which point cory said he would send the crew by 12pm. i handed the phone back to doug and he even told him to send hand trucks so they can remove the debris faster. cory called me at after 12pm and said that they are running late and would show up at 1:30. they showed up but then the problem started.

the workers said they were not told to take everything and cannot take it without permission. they tried to reach both doug and cory but no answer. finally they got hold of cory and he said that he could not tell the to remove everything because doug said that only one pile was to be taken,( true only the pile under the deck), but they said no only some of the debris under the deck not all. i told them to let me speak to doug,  they told me he was in a meeting( lies). doug had told me he was going to manhattan. cory called me back and said that they cannot remove the items without dougs permission. i called their call center and filed a complaint, but they said they could not do anything either. i called another junk removal service. then they came back and said that they would remove the debris. so long story short they i did not allow them to take the debris. don't use this franchisee, he lies and then tries to charge u more, by not removing everything as promised.
