THEY USED TO RUN A COMPANY CALLED 800WEDDINGS WHICH TOOK ABOUT 30 MILLION from investors....Mr. Kerestic lost it all.....THEN ran away and was never accountable he is full of bulls**t last I heard he was part of the management team the drove Robbins Bros into the ground............My suggestion stay very far away!

1-800-Registry employees and leaders are high quality people. They are trying to improve the wedding space for both consumers and businesses. This report is not accurate. First, the writer claims the CEO drove Robbins Brothers out of business. In fact, Robbins Brothers employs over 450 people in CA and TX and is not out of business - http://www.robbinsbrothers.com
The writer also claims that the CEO ran off with his investors money. That is a false statement. The same investors have funded 1-800-Registry. Why would they invest in the CEO a second time if he took their money the first time.
This sounds like an ex-employee who was not happy about something. I am glad to see that a full retraction by the original author was recently posted.
I can 100% recommend this company to anyone.

I, Scot R***, posted this report and subsequent comments 2 and 4 through 10. I made numerous claims that were false when in fact the following is true and accurate: I have no basis to claim that 800 Weddings or Mr. Donne Kerestic took $30 million from investors, lost it, and ran away. Nor do I have any basis to claim that Mr. Kerestic was at all responsible for the failure of Robinns Brothers.
Further, I have no information to support my claim that 800 Registry is a Ponzi-Scheme or that it misleads vendors in any way. Finally I have no basis to support my claims that *oo-Registry will go out of business soon, that its employees are discontent, or that 800 Registry waste millions of dollars. I am sorry for misleading any potential vendors or customers. Accordingly, I requested that the site remove my post, but this site does not permit an author to remove a post.
Further, I have no information to support my claim that 800 Registry is a Ponzi-Scheme or that it misleads vendors in any way. Well if its anything like last time they should be going out of business pretty soon. From insider employee reports they are already having manager turnover, the old employees are not liking the new managers. As for their product they are all over the place from real estate to travel to what be their main thrust Bridal Vendors, but for whatever reason this is a company with ADHD. With that said more millions wasted.

Wasn't referring to the brides, was referring to the money that is being solicited to create a scam ponzi scheme savings accounts as well as the money charged to the vendors all I know is the President of this company soaked alot of investors in the mid 90's. trying to prevent others from losing as much as i have..........

Its interesting that the post says not to buy anything from 1800Registry when we don't sell anything! We match brides up with partnered vendors... the vendors don't pay anything to us unless the bride buys something... money never even comes through our hands!
