The serever where my sites are hosting are fall down at the 10/22/2008
and did not work.
1-
It take them about 3 days until they fixed the proble.
At this time our sites did not work.
2-
When it become working , I saw that they recover my sites form the 10/22/2008 .
3-
In the last days I write them several times to recover my files including the production data base to the 10/22/2008 or at least 24/48 hour before.
4-
Now they write me that they can not do it , they can not recover the data base and I have to live with the 10/9/2008 files and data base.
5-
What can I do ? costumer sign and did business via the sites, I lost them data from the 10/9/2008 till he 10/22/2008 .
6-
They write that they have backup 24/48 hours , but not.
