Rather then explaining, I copy my emails exchanged with this company. I haven't even talked about the endless phone conversation I had with them. Just be aware of thier stupid company policies. This makes me think that this company is all about money and have no moral rights.
How do i copy a card that I cut up and thrown away? Can you help me with this question? I already provided you with my driver license and my billing statement with my full name. Check your system and compare the name. I also told you their was a fraud and that's why I canceled the card and cut it up. I had called you guys several times to complain about this and credit my bank. They also must of contacted you already. I
You guys can not keep my credit card in file or I will report it to the business bureau. I requester that you take my credit card off. ESR bill, sent it to them and charge them. NOT me. I am not a magician where I can pull my old cut up credit card out of a hat and make a copy for you. You guys need a better system. It's is aggravating dealing with you guys. What kind of excuse is this? Can't process a cancelation when you I already told you the situation on why I want to cancel it and the old CC IS long gone in some landfill. My question to you is, if your in my shoes, can you magically pull that card out of your hat?
I will let you know that if I see another charge on my CC when I already told you that card is gone and and I already sent you my dl and banking statement, you guys are clearly a shady company which I will report to the business bureau and post these email on Facebook, Twitter to let other people know that if they decide to use you, be careful with their payment terms because you guys like clearly don't care about people's personal CC as long as your company gets paid!
