Protect your good credit stay away from 1&1

If you cancel with 1&1 they claim they have no record of a cancellation.  If you send documents showing you made every attempt to cancel your contract with 1&1 to PayPal they will give you a refund but 1&1 will send you to collections so you are
stuck paying 1&1 indefinitely.  The response from 1&1 is the same "we have no record of a cancellation"  The best way to put
an end to this fraud is repeatedly call/write PayPal and ask them to cancel their relationship with 1&1 as a vendor.

1&1 billing abuse

Proving it is easy, got records of phone calls, email etc.  What the court in a class action suit would look at is a PATTERN OF ABUSE.  Just look at the entries on this page.  People try to cancel, 1&1 say they have no record of cancellation, customers go to their Credit Card Company or PayPal with documentation, charges are reversed in favor of customers but 1&1 sends the customer to collection anyway.  If a lawyer took a list of the thousands of customers sent to collection by 1&1 my bet is he/she and the Judge would find a PATTERN and the pattern would be; Customers cancel, 1&1 will not let them  and so it goes on and on.  1&1 SHOULD worry about the LAW.

By "Prove it" I mean to document EVERY atempt , the court will not be amused.
