We have a small automobile repair shop. We bought an engine that was "guaranteed" to be in good working condition. When the engine arrived it didn't work the valves were bent and it looked like the engine had been sitting out in bad weather. When we called to request another engine they did not have the same make and model we requested to they sent the logistics company to pick up the engine. We were guaranteed a return by the sales clerk Carolina, but the book keeper Damaris refused to return any of our phone calls. They refused to return our money and wanted us to get credit. we disputed with american express and everytime we opened up a new inquiry they failed to mention to american express that they had the engine back in their possession. We even agreed to a 25% restocking fee, but they would not budge. We investigated further and found more victims of unfair business practices and want to warn other small companies like ours, where they simply just give up and surrender to 11th Avenue Recyclers standard business of practice to defraud at all cost. Please Please Please Do not buy from them, especilally online. They are used to fighting the credit card inquiries, it has been 3 months and we are still trying to get our money back. Do not buy from them. If you do, good luck.
