Having been in this business since 1998, we are experienced in printing and print literally millions of custom vinyl stickers for thousands of customers nationwide. Sometimes people will be unhappy with what they receive, but we always try and work it out with them, by reprinting (when possible) or refunding. We have, and always will, guarantee our work.

In this instance, a customer sent in artwork that was not set up properly and had to be scaled to fit the size ordered as it did not have proper margins. In addition, the artwork contained elements that were gray, which we do not recommend on screenprinted black-and-white vinyl stickers, as results can be unpredictable.

Customer was unhappy with what they received and demanded that we print more stickers. It was explained that printing more would not solve the issues with the art, and the customer was offered a refund. It is our policy that, if for any reason, a customer is unhappy with what they receive, they can return their order to us for a refund (less shipping). 

What the customer fails to realize is that we offer low cost screenprinted vinyl stickers by putting numerous customers on one large sheet, therefore eveyone on that print run is sharing in the setup costs associated with the printing. Printing specs must be adhered to and artwork submitted must have proper margins so they can fit next to other stickers, and we reserve the right to add proper margins if they are not there.
