This company is the worst by far business i have ever seen or let alone dealt with !!!! the customer service sucks. i ordered a Vq35de engine for my nissan, and let alone did it take almost one month to recieve i had to call them numerous times to see when and where my engine was at???? they failed to notify me for like 3 days. Then once they finally did call me they said that their technician was waiting to simitest the engine then it will be shipped to me ..... Well that took another 2 weeks or so. Once i finally recieved the engine i had the nissan dealership install it, later to find out 3 days later that the engine they had sent to me was worse than the one i just took out of my car?! So i was in contact with Eli at 123 engine , He repeatedly told me that the engine was tested in working condition, n i said that an engine just doesnt un-time itself during shipping, the timing was way off, and valves were knocking. So he then told me to ship the engine back and will ship me a new one. He also said that i have to pay for the new shipment , this company is the poorest ran business i have ever worked with :( how can you call yourself a honest busness when you cant own up to your flaws and mistakes. upon them finally agreeing to send me my new engine they said they will pay for the lkabor on that install , and they still to this day have yet to pay for the labor!!!! I still have the first engine they sent to me and i will be putting a $4000 lien on it until they come through will their half of the recorded deal!!!!!! so simply stating DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR ENGINE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE is so much more i need to say but i would have written damn near a book by the time i would be done!!!

AUTHOR: A ripped off consumer by 123engine - (Cayman Islands)

I had the stupidity to order from this company as well and ended up in a similar situation to the original poster of this report. I purchased a rebuild engine from them and after installation it was found that the camshaft and crankshaft seals were leaking badly and had to be replaced. On top of that, the head gasket wasn't seated properly and coolant was leaking all over the place so the heads needed to be machined and reinstalled as well... All in all, I had to pay $2800 for additional labor since 123engine did not do their job right and I got nothing back from them. I just can't understand how they can stay in business after ripping off so many people (check out the rest of the reports on this website). Eli (supposedly one of three co-owners) pretends to be nice, but in the end of the day does nothing to fix the mistakes of the company and help out cheated customers. I will post my experience with them on all, and I mean all car forums online so as many people as possible could be warned about 123engine and saved the money and problems I had.
