this is my very unsatisfied customer story
i started searching for a nice summer sleeping bag and after a while i found nice review Millet Baikal Extend
and google refered me to 123Mountain has the bag i'm looking for wich was a Orange Millet Baikal...
on the May 20 2015 i place and order for one bag and i payed with a credit card and even my payment went as posted on my
credit card statement later on i got mail that informed me i can not pay with credit, and that they can only take check ,money order or wire transfer for special order like mine.... the credit payment was reimbursed and and my order was cancelled !
i was trying to find the product someplace else but no one else could order it so i went back to 123Mountain
and placed an order for 2 Millet baikal sleeping bags on the June 16 2015
and on the June 27 or 28 i payed over the phone for $179.90 that cleared on the June 29 2015
while i was waiting on some sort of confirmation i called twice to the 123 Mountain Customer Service
and they had absolutely no idea if i even payed for my order which started to concern me who did i even pay
later on after my calls i get a confirmation on my payment on JUNE 16 so thats like 3 weeks later
im sorry but we're in 2015 and 3 weeks to process a paycheck is quite slow !
during my calls in June i was told that somewhere by the end of JUNE i might get a notification for the order
which i never got and i still waited
and in the beginning of JULY i started calling again 123 Mountain to ask about my order
and to find out approximate delivery date and all the told me is that i should get a tracking by the end of JULY....
by the end of JULY i got really mad for not getting any information nor a tracking number nor anything
and as i was asking for an option to get my money back they told me that I have received the order of 2 sleeping bags !!
now apparently the day before the package was delivered to a wrong address
As a placed the order i have clearly stated shipping address that is different than my billing address
and i actually have a order# with shipping address and i can print that out
luckily the billing address was where my family lives and they confirmed that i have a package
i went to find out not only the address was wrong , the package was only of ONE sleeping bag instead of 2
and the Sleeping bag was different Model and it was Blue in color rather than Orange
so i was angry at that time and 123 Mountain said that they have shipped 2 bags
the box was big enough for only 1 bag and the tracking number was never provided even the numerous time i asked for it
meanwhile 123Mountain customer service manage to blame even Gmail for not delivering my mail
i took a picture of what they have on the site and what i received and their answer was that was not their product
later on i got informed that 123 Mountain.com does not guarantee the color of anything and because of the Colorado state law i can not return sleeping bags
even if they ship the wrong model wrong color and wrong quantity
im sorry buy 123Mountain.com is NOT RELIABLE ONLINE SERVICE
STAY AWAY !!!! and be ready to pay for 2 and get only 1
