123notary poses as an Open Web community service. But it's in fact a fee generation company that depends upon the very people they purport to review/recommend.

We had a refinance closing scheduled well in advance using Lori Kee as the notary for signing. She didnt show up, she didnt call. We had our broker reschedule next day and everything ended well with another notary public.

But I decided people should know not to depend on Lori Kee, since she has no professional ethics in the slightest. So I searched for notary review sites to post a negative review and I found 123notary.

Lets just say you shouldnt waste your time: you submit your review and then Jeremy (from 123notary and probably owner of the site) contacts you via email to ask for details, which I dutifully provided. He then says he needs to contact the notary for the other side of the story. Well, okay, but then he simply ignores you and of course does not post anything on his review site. So I contact him again and ask what hell do. Well, you can imagine Jeremy has no interest in publishing a negative review of the people he hopes to or receives payment dues from, so he simply tells you some lame excuse why he cant publish the review (such as the notary couldnt reach you and the documents arrived too late, etc.)

The bottom line is 123notary aka Jeremy poses as an Open Web style review site, but its anything but. These kinds of operations undermine the very value of Open Web and I wanted you all to know about 123notary and what they really are.
