Good idea but terrible management! That about sums it up for this company. The owner is NEVER around and he's left it up to Leanna Nicks, a woman who knows nothing about management to run the company.

Not only do the employees go without breaks, you are constantly monitored and not for quality assurance purposes!! The camera and microphone are used to listen in on employee conversations. If your caught saying anything but I LOVE THIS JOB!! Leanna will PUNISH you by removing you from the schedule for days at a time or place you on her "hit list".

Your also prone to have $70 taken out of your pay for a missed $12 ride!! Talk about illegal!!

If you have a life, you do not want to work here!! This is the only company I know who hours are so inflexible they have employees getting off and returning to work 8 hours later!! If you say your not available, your hours will be cut down to two or three days a week.

All this company cares about is the money!!! The only time any real manager shows up is when its time to collect!! 

Drivers beware also!!! If you get the high dollar trips or credit cards, they will find away to ask for more than their share!! Drivers are constantly let go because they refuse to pay more!! 

I only recommend working here if you have no family, no friends, no children, no spouse and nothing else to do with your life but be on call 24/7 for 12ngo. With the holidays approaching I'm sure drivers and dispatch will be stuck making money for a company that offers no holiday pay, no incentives, no benefits, no sick/personal days, and no real break to enjoy your meal!

Did I mention if you don't bring food or drink and have no money to pay for a $10 take out minimum your pretty much S.O.L because of the terrible policy drivers aren't allowed to bring you anything even if their close the office and have no trip!! And remember there are no breaks to go get it yourself!!
