12Society Fraud with Monthly Subscription Box Hollywood California

 I saw this service in a men's article online, and thought I'd check it out.  $39 for a monthly gift box of items totaling at least $80 in value seemed like a great idea.

The first box I received totaled $20 in value.  It consisted of a cheap porcelain plate, a cheap plain glass shot glass, a $10 cocktail mixer, and random junk.  They accept returns so I requested one.  They state a time limit on returns, but they never email you the return label in the business day that they promise--it's always late.  I sent it back as soon as I received the label, and never received a refund.

The next box was the same quality and process for returns.  So was the next.  The last box was worth just a little more since it included some men's skin/hair care product samples and a 12Society hoodie.  Now, the hoodie was the thinnest hoodie I've ever seen, and they made the mistake of cutting through the hoodie in the back where to tag was, apparently to hide who actually manufactured it.  So, I have a hoodie with a hole in it.

I emailed to request they cancel my subscription and never received a reply.  I emailed about me refunds, and never a reply.  I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and my state's Attorney General, and this company never responded to either after multiple attempts.

They're happy to take your money without giving anything in return.  Next, I'm looking into options for small-claims court out of state, and also I'm trying to contact Blake Griffin's agent, team, and every one of his sponsors--his picture and name are all over this company.

Avoid them--it's a scam.
