I recieved flowers from my boss for Assistant's Day and the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. Very poor quality flowers and very bad presentation.

I took pictures and forwarded to customer service and got nowhere. My boss replied to a confirmation and did get a quick response stating a replacement would be delivered. The second arrangement was worse than the first! And, I talked to the florist who actually delivered the flowers and I was told that the follow 1800 Flowers specifications.

I am the one that usually sends flowers for my boss so that I know what the arrangements should look like. I actually ordered this arrangement, 16072, for someone in her name, and I am now extremely embarrased to think this might be what was delivered!

But, since you rarely see what is delivered, you imagine it looks pretty close to what was pictured. NOT EVEN CLOSE!

I would never use them again.
