Monday, 21 July 2014 @ 3pm Central, I ordered some cookies (28 little cookies and candies) for $40 from 1800Flowers.  Total package couldn't weight more than a pound, two pounds at the most.  To have them devlivered on Thursday, 24 July 2014, 1800Flowers added an additional $30 to the bill.

Yes, I could have chosen not to send the cookies.  I could have chosen a cheaper ($10) price to have them delivered in a week!  A WEEK!

Seriously?! Has this company no shame?  The next time I need to send flowers I will look for a local florest and I encourage everyone else to do the same.  Only when these outrageous shipping and handling "fees" are boycotted will these big companies pay attention.
